CASE MANAGER - Albuquerque Health Care for the Homeless is seeking a Case Manager to provide intensive case management to individuals recently housed.  Will conduct weekly home visits, provide resources and referrals, develop treatment plans, and transport clients.  REQ: BA in social services and 2 years case management experience with underserved populations.  Experience with CMI and DSM-IV.  Must have a valid NM driver’s license and clean driving record.  Bilingual preferred. 

CLIENT ADVOCATE – REC - Albuquerque Health Care for the Homeless is seeking a Client Advocate to assist Case Managers in the care coordination of patients receiving buprenorphine treatment.  Responsibilities will include conducting assessments, providing referrals, assist clients in scheduling appointments, conduct outreach and assessing eligibility of clients.  REQ: High school diploma or GED, valid NM driver’s license and two years experience in social services setting.  Must have the ability to work in a team and independently.  Bilingual preferred. 

CLIENT ADVOCATE – STARS – Albuquerque Health Care for the Homeless is seeking a Client Advocate to identify and refer clients to resources, staff drop in center, transport clients, assist Case Managers, shop and stock supplies.  REQ: High School diploma or GED, valid NM driver’s license and clean driving record, and 2 years social services experience.  Must have the ability to work in a team setting as well as independently with good computer skills.  Bilingual preferred. 

COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR - Albuquerque Health Care for the Homeless is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to assist in the development and oversee the implementation of their Compliance Program.  Monitor and research laws, regulations, policies, standards, and recommended practices.  Coordinate all compliance activities, analyze data and prepare reports, and assist with the development and implementation of audit and monitoring programs.  REQ: BA in Business, 3 years experience in healthcare or legal compliance.  Must have strong communication and computer skills, knowledge of healthcare and non-profit compliance.

COMPUTER SUPPORT SPECIALIST - Albuquerque Health Care for the Homeless is currently looking to hire a Computer Support Specialist to provide software and hardware technical assistance, maintain system tables, develop and conduct end user training, software testing, reporting and auditing systems.  REQ: AS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.  Experience in a clinical setting preferred. 

PHYSICIAN - Albuquerque Health Care for the Homeless is seeking a FP or IM Physician to provide direct services in our busy primary care clinic 20 hours a week.  REQ: NM MD license, board certified, buprenophine certified or willingness to become certified.  Experience with underserved populations and Bilingual preferred.

PRIMARY CARE MANAGER - Albuquerque Health Care for the Homeless is seeking a Primary Care Manager to oversee operations of busy primary care/behavioral health clinic.  Responsibilities include monitoring budgets, writing reports to funders, managing and analyzing data, supervise front desks and overseeing clinic systems.  REQ: BA or equivalent experience, with 3 years supervisory experience.  Must have experience with EMR, data analysis, budgeting and reporting.  Excellent communication skills both written and oral.  Experience working with homeless or underserved populations preferred.
